Inexpensive spot in the area. Great location and close to downtown. Rooms are nothing to rave about, room smelled like stale cigarette smoke. Didn’t want to sleep under the covers, also specks of blood in the bathroom. Although not ideal, they gave us a place to stay with WiFi that was a fourth of the price of hotels in the area. Recommend if you’re in a pinch, kind owners.

Pretty cheap, quiet at night. If you like rural life, then you must try this motel. Also the boss is from China, she is very kind hearted.

Staff is always great the owner is such a sweet women if your lookin for a cheap place to rest your head I'd recommend stopping.here thanks for the friendly an welcoming atmosphere I'll be back soon
Love this place it's a little ruff but I've never had a issue. Made friends, never broken into or anything. I stay here regularly. If your a tradesman like me wanting to save your cash price is great and it has its charm like being in the country almost to each their own but I like it. Owners are really nice and chat with us often.
Nicest owners in the motel business! The facilities are a bit older, but the rooms were clean and the bathroom was spotless. The motel is in a great location, situated 10 mins (walk) from downtown Windsor Nova Scotia, and is very close to food, nature trails, and the Avon river. Had a great time there!
Hotel looks to have been partially renovated. First room we saw was a little on the dated side. Second room we were offered was newer and comfortable. Definitely not a 150/night Carlton but definitely worth the lesser 1/2 price tag
